Research Associates
As a Research Associate you'll have the unmatched opportunity to work closely with world-renowned faculty on the research, case studies, and coursework that shape the world’s leaders. On any given day, you might analyze financial data; delve into the resources of our world-class library; or write the story that brings a business situation to life. You may travel across town— or around the world— to conduct field interviews with senior-level executives or spend time on the factory floor. Investigation, discovery, and analysis make for a rich and rewarding experience that supports the HBS mission to educate leaders who make a difference in the world.
Summer Interns
We are seeking a research intern to participate in an internship program designed to give broad based exposure to the day-to-day activities of our Research Team. Interns in the program will be expected to participate in all aspects of the Research Team’s activities. This is a student position for the summer.
The role will include but will not be limited to the following:
Plot maintenance, Planting, and Cultivation, Pollinations, Sampling and Field Data Collection.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of college science coursework, preferably with at least one Agronomy, Plant Physiology, Plant Pathology, Genetics, or a related field of courses.
• Previous experience working in an Agricultural background desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
Support Staff
We currently have several positions available for support staff in our facility. A succesful applicant will demonstrate the following:
• Previous experience working in an Agricultural background desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Sound skills with the ability to make sound suggestions or recommendations.
• Ability to display a strong sense of urgency and good judgment.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment and be able to attend work regularly.
• Must enjoy performing many task on a daily basis.
